Chad Killebrew

Executive Vice President, Business Transformation

Chad Killebrew has served as Executive Vice President, Business Transformation since April 2008. Chad most recently served as President of Interstate Equipment Leasing, Inc. and Vice President of Swift's Owner Operator Division. He has held roles in Operations, Recruiting, and Business Analysis and Planning. Chad received a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Utah and obtained his MBA from Westminster College.

Wyron

Wyron Bobis

Business Transformation Lean Leader

Wyron joined Swift in January 2008 and has served as a member of the business transformation team from its inception. Wyron specializes in Lean and Six Sigma and has an extensive manufacturing background including automotive, imaging, rubber and plastic. Wyron received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).

Al Garcia

Business Transformation Lean Leader

Al joined Swift as a member of the Business Transformation team in February 2008. Al has specialized in process improvement for several years including leading efforts for Union Pacific Railroad. In addition to the railroad Al has experience in the manufacturing and transportation industries. Al received his Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Management and his MBA from David Myers University. Al is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).

Betsy Parrish

Business Transformation Lean Leader
Betsy rejoined Swift in May 2006 as the Director of Accounting for Interstate Equipment Leasing, Inc. (“IEL”). Previously Betsy served as the business analyst for the Eastern Region and Autohaul business from May 2003 to August 2005. Betsy’s specializations include Value Stream Mapping and Accounting. In addition to Trucking, Betsy has also spent time in audit for Manufacturing, service and Health Care industries. Betsy received her Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and Finance from Augustana College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Darren Wright

Business Transformation Analyst

Darren joined Swift in June 2005 as the Director of Finance for IEL. Darren specializes in data querying and analysis and A3 preparation. Darren received his Bachelor’s of Science and Masters of Accounting and Information Systems from Brigham Young University. Darren is a Certified Management Accountant with experience in the banking, audit, garbage and trucking industries.
