“One of the ideas of the Guac Squad was having a group to fall back on, especially with our newer drivers,” Jesus said. “We have a group chat where we encourage newer drivers to ask questions or draw upon the knowledge of the team. Having so many members allows us to answer at any time of day.”

“With this squad, I trained a lot of the members, and I feel that helped retention of these drivers,” Jesus said. “We help everybody. Nobody is left behind. If I can help even one driver feel like they belong here, then I’ve done something right."
