Top Gun: Our Exclusive CDL Training Program

Top Gun is an exclusive CDL training program that elevates your driving skills after graduating from the Swift Academy. Years in the making, Top Gun is a proficiency-based training using elite technology with experienced facilitators. Drivers who participate will receive high-focus, hands-on experience and mentorship from the finest instructors in the industry on all backing and close quarter maneuvers – all while getting paid to do so.

Low-Cost CDL Training at the Swift Academy

Swift Academy provides low-cost CDL training through a tuition-assistance program that allows you to earn your Class A CDL with little to no upfront cost – aside from the fee for your permit, license, and daily incidentals, such as food.

This means your education, books, hotel, and transportation costs are covered when you sign Swift’s financial agreement, which consists of committing to drive for Swift for 26 consecutive months after receiving your license. This program is also available for those interested in growing their career with Over the Road Training (OTR).
