Tire Shop
Tire mechanics are responsible for ensuring tractors and trailers have high quality tires on equipment to keep our fleet safe and efficient. From yard checks, mounting, replacing and balancing tires, our tire mechanics help prevent issues before they happen.

Shop Trainers
Shop trainers work closely with OEMs to deliver cutting-edge training programs and software to mechanics. They create online content and perform in-person training sessions to ensure technicians are up-to-date on the latest equipment from our fleet's manufacturers.

Shop Administrators
Shop administrators offer daily operational support, assisting with auditing work orders, running reports, and acting as a liaison with vendors and other departments.

Parts Assistants
Parts assistants support the parts department in providing mechanics with the necessary equipment, overseeing inventory control, and ensuring proper coding and return of warranty parts.

Service Planners
At our organization, several roles play crucial parts in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop. Service planners act as the primary point of contact between drivers and the shop, coordinating maintenance and repairs for their equipment while assisting technicians with work order processes and providing ETA's to drivers.
