Community

Knight-Swift Charities Network, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to making a difference in the communities in which we live and work, provides important fundraising and unlimited volunteer opportunities to our employees.
Since its conception, Knight-Swift Charities has provided more than 12.5 million in employee and community assistance.
In 2019, we launched a companywide partnership with the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, bringing opportunities to support our pillars of giving.

Employees

Emphasizing employee development has resulted in a culture of continuous learning through our corporate universities and our tuition covered program, Go the Distance.
We are proud to be part of the Veterans Affairs (VA) on-the-job training and apprenticeship program, approved by the U.S. Department of Labor to assist military veterans as they transition to a civilian occupation.
On-site fitness centers in 14 locations with plans to expand in the future.

Emissions Journey

Long Term Goal: We stand firm in our commitment to reduce the impacts of our operations. Since our baseline year of 2019, we have reduced our CO2 per mile output by 7%. While we continue to grow our business through best-in-class service and acquisitions, we have kept an intense focus on our CO2 emissions goals. Now that we have met our 2025 goal early, we remain focused on what will be necessary to strive toward achieving our long-term goal of a 50% reduction by 2035.
